In early 2024, Studio G Interior Design was honoured to be commissioned for this visionary ultra-green sustainable residential and commercial development located in the breathtaking landscape of Catalkoy, North Cyprus.

International Interior and Architectural design

Our involvement as lead specifiers was pivotal in shaping the interior design direction of this luxury boutique holiday village. The client envisioned a fusion of Scandinavian minimalism and white Greek-style architecture, characterised by clean lines, soft neutral palettes, signature arches, and sculptural details. This aesthetic was further elevated by the strong emphasis on green building codes, smart home integration, and eco-conscious materials, aligning with the project’s sustainability ethos. 

Design Development and Scope

Over an intensive 10-week design phase, our interior design team delivered bespoke interior concepts for seven distinct villa typologies, each tailored to reflect the natural beauty and climate of Cyprus. Our scope included:

Kitchens – elegant and functional designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Bathrooms – spa-inspired sanctuaries with curated finishes.

Lounges – light-filled, breezy spaces with modular layouts.

Bedrooms – tranquil retreats blending vintage charm with modern comfort.

Each villa was meticulously detailed with custom built-ins, including TV units, reflected ceiling plans,and layered lighting schemes to enhance ambiance and functionality.

To bring the vision to life, we created 24 high-resolution CGI renderings, capturing the essence of each room with photorealistic detail and atmosphere.

Specification and Detailing

Every element was specified with precision, including:

Sanitaryware and tiles chosen for durability and aesthetic harmony.

Woodwork and built-in cabinetry crafted to complement the architectural language.

Hardware selections (knobs, hinges) that balanced form and function.

Eco materials such as rattan and wicker.

In total, we produced 210 detailed floorplans and elevations, each accompanied by comprehensive specifications, calling out every item to be constructed—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and seamless execution.

Following the residential villa interior design phase, we progressed to designing a Restaurant and Café to complement the overall experience of the development, offering guests a cohesive and elevated lifestyle environment.
