Our bespoke interior design process for high-end residences begins with a client consultation followed by strategic space planning and concept design visuals to define your vision. Key stages include structural design, selection of premium materials and finishes, commissioning handcrafted furniture from skilled artisans, and managing procurement and installation to achieve a flawlessly executed, highly personalised, and cohesive final space.

Every stage of our interior design process is tailored to you from our first meeting to the final exciting reveal.

Consultation

We begin with a consultation to understand your aspirations, preferences and lifestyle needs. This is complimentary consultation for you to discover whether our services align with your vision and plans, and to define the scope of the work to achieve your desired results. This will form the basis for our interior design proposal to you.

Engagement

Once you are happy with the defined vision, scope of work, and our contract, we will request the first payment, usually 50% of the agreed fee.

The Brief

Once we have been instructed, we’ll produce the design brief. This will define a clear vision, the scope of your project, the overall style, specific requirements for each space and preliminary budget.

Concept design

This is when we’ll explore layout ideas and your preferred overall aesthetic through space planning and sample boards in the form of a PowerPoint presentation. We’ll then produce a cohesive, detailed design proposal with layouts and floorplans to optimise flow and functionality, along with 3D visualisations, samples and swatches for you to consider.

Design development

This stage includes elements such as 3D renders and elevations to evolve the designs. Together we’ll make decisions on specific elements such as bespoke joinery, fitted furniture, lighting and materials and finishes for floors, walls and surfaces. When you have approved the fully specified and costed working drawings, we will commission our skilled artisans and specialists to bring your design to life

Procurement

We will meticulously research, source and acquire the bespoke and high-end furniture, fixtures, and equipment, known as FF&E, to fulfil your project’s aesthetic, functional and budget requirements.

Installation

We will expertly coordinate and oversee every aspect of the installation, ensuring everything is flawlessly implemented on time and within budget, and keeping you fully informed at every stage.

Reveal

This is the exciting moment when you step into your finished space and celebrate the transformation with every detail perfectly in place.
